Employment Discrimination

Brian Noland

Unfortunately, even in this modern era, discrimination in the workplace occurs all too regularly. Don’t let it happen to you. Report it! Don’t ignore it. Put our experience to work helping you to file your charge of discrimination with the Missouri Commission on Human Rights (MCHR) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

How it Works

You have 180 days from the date of the last adverse act (the last act of discrimination or continuing discrimination) to file your charge of discrimination with the Missouri Commission on Human Rights. You have 300 days to file your charge of discrimination from the date of the last adverse act (the last act of discrimination or continuing discrimination) under the EEOC. Without first filing your charge of discrimination with one of these agencies, you could lose your right to sue.
